Hi everyone, I hope you read this as if I were a member of your family—perhaps your brother, son, or friend—and as if my family, who is currently facing death, were your own. My name is Moatasem, and I am 23 years old. Since the beginning of the war, I have taken on the responsibility of caring for my family and ensuring our safety. I have a mother, a sister, and three brothers: Anas, who is 21 years old; Issa, who is 15 years old; and Mohammed, who is 6 years old. We are a family from the north of Gaza City. Since the war began, we have become homeless and have been displaced five times. Currently, we are living in a tent, facing malnutrition and extremely harsh living conditions. We are experiencing the worst moments of our lives due to constant bombings, fear, and severe conditions inside the tent, which lacks the basic necessities of life. We have lost everything and urgently need your help to reach safety. The situation in Gaza is deteriorating rapidly. The longer we stay here, the more dangerous it becomes for us. This is why we urgently need to evacuate, and we can only do so with your support. I want to provide a good life for my family so that my siblings and I can continue our studies and live normal lives in peace, without worrying about where to get food, water, and basic necessities, and without fearing the next airstrike.
