About the Cause
Poor health and nutrition negatively affect children’s school attendance and ability to learn. We implement school feeding programs that look for alternative ways to ensure sustainable supply of nutritious foods to school children and young people in urban and marginalized areas.
In addition, contaminated water and poor sanitation are big factors that result in the death of children worldwide. In our programs, we always include what is called WASH which means Water, Sanitation & Hygiene. This is done through the design and construction of child-friendly and gender sensitive facilities for sanitation, such as latrines and hand-washing stations. We also provide clean water supply by building water wells and raise awareness about the importance of sanitation and hygiene.
My Story
Mali & Sierra Leone Friendship Hospital is a Multi-dimensional and multipurpose facility base in Sierra Leone (South-Eastern Region). Knowing that most health centers are not covering the reproductive health and more the specializing medical services is not provided by their centers because of the limited specialist Medical Professional in the area. Moreover, the services offered are not entirely suited to health needs of people that faced with chronic gynecological and obstetrics diseases related to the evolution of their lifestyle. Our hospital is one of the best private health facility that provide adequate medical health for the regions. Raise and Support the Poor communities in terms of health care was initiated by Dr Coulibaly Idrissa in 2017. Disturbed by the poverty He witnessed and treated many poor people moreover in the various communities in terms of Obstetrical & Gynecological treatment and maternal care treatment. I am Dr. Coulibaly Idrissa, the founder of Mali & Sierra Leone Friendship Hospital in Kenema (Sierra Leone). I graduated in general Medicine at (FMPOS) of Bamako (Republic Of Mali) and continue my Specialization on Obstetrics & Gynecology at Shanghai University in China. I am and will always be committed to helping the poor and improving the lives saving and reduce the maternal death so they may be easy to be part of the healthy people of the Earth.
