About the Cause
Poor health and nutrition negatively affect children’s school attendance and ability to learn. We implement school feeding programs that look for alternative ways to ensure sustainable supply of nutritious foods to school children and young people in urban and marginalized areas.
In addition, contaminated water and poor sanitation are big factors that result in the death of children worldwide. In our programs, we always include what is called WASH which means Water, Sanitation & Hygiene. This is done through the design and construction of child-friendly and gender sensitive facilities for sanitation, such as latrines and hand-washing stations. We also provide clean water supply by building water wells and raise awareness about the importance of sanitation and hygiene.
My Story
My Brief background is graduate from IIT in India, MS from PennState in USA, joined first job in Washington DC and worked with Universal Studio Hollywood but after living the life in most glamorous space of world there was not happiness because of quality of life resolve and purpose of life and then left USA and come back to India with vision of building technologies as per need of society of Rural world of India, Africa, Middle east, South America and Southeast Asia. The first problem statement taken by dedicated and committed people of my team was to deliver last mile healthcare to remotest and rural part of the world and so My whole journey of my life is to provide quality healthcare to the last mile so that people do not loose their lives because of cancer 4th stage because it was not detected in first stage, Rural person should not end up loosing his Kidney because basic screening was not done timely and whole family end up struggling to save life of their bread earner. Because of this commitment we were able to develop world's first "LABIKE" AND "LAB IN A BOX", which has power to deliver care to the people in remotest desert area, forest area and Hilly area by empowering youth of their itself, Creating most sustainable and long term answer to create continuous care to the people on ground.
