About the Cause
My Story
The community-based organization Kalobeyei Sport Ability (CBO) became a ray of hope in response to this urgent need. The initiative, which aimed to enhance early childhood development (ECD), embarked on a game-changing project: building two classrooms specifically for refugee students in grades 1 and 2. In order to gather the opinions of both host families and refugees, the project started with a series of community consultations. Parents expressed their goals for their kids, stressing the value of education as a means of achieving a better future. Motivated by these tales, CBO rallied support and enlisted the aid of volunteers and regional craftspeople to realize their mission.
