About the Cause
Poor health and nutrition negatively affect children’s school attendance and ability to learn. We implement school feeding programs that look for alternative ways to ensure sustainable supply of nutritious foods to school children and young people in urban and marginalized areas.
In addition, contaminated water and poor sanitation are big factors that result in the death of children worldwide. In our programs, we always include what is called WASH which means Water, Sanitation & Hygiene. This is done through the design and construction of child-friendly and gender sensitive facilities for sanitation, such as latrines and hand-washing stations. We also provide clean water supply by building water wells and raise awareness about the importance of sanitation and hygiene.
My Story
My father has always put his sons before himself in every aspect. He wants to continue to do so, however his health is not on his side. Kasim’s kidneys are failing and he has to get dialysis three times a week at private Hospital in Maharashtra. Each sitting costs approximately Rs.6000-7000. Which is 18000 – 21000 per week, 72000 -84000 per month. The dialysis treatment takes around 5 hours. Due to the timings and the weakness caused by the insertions, he is unable to work. His wife is also unemployed as she needs to go with him for all the appointments. Hence currently their income is 0.We are currently trying to raise funds for his dialysis. If you could sponsor even one sitting i.e , they would be so grateful. The money they save will go into his Kidney Transplant Fund. A kidney transplant in a government hospital costs 35 lakhs. He has found a donor, however is waiting for paperwork and doctor confirmations Please help me🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Seva my life🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
