Gender equality is a cross-cutting theme in all Dubai Cares’ education programs with an approach that aims to secure equal access for boys and girls to safe learning environments with adequate facilities, materials and academic support from gender sensitized teachers and communities.
My Story
Hello World! My name is Janadan, I am a student at grade 5 in GEMS GFM School in Dubai, UAE. My dream is for all the girls around the world to have good education like me. I belive that only through education can we empower girls to change the world!. Education is the best tool to build girls’ confidence and equip them with the skills they need to lead our future. When girls stay in school and finish secondary education, a lot of good things happen for them and their families. They enjoy better health and can take care of themselves and their children. They live longer, marry later, earn higher wages, and are more active participants in community life. Let us ALL help girls to get better education. thanks Janadan Dubai - UAE. June 2021
