About the Cause
Poor health and nutrition negatively affect children’s school attendance and ability to learn. We implement school feeding programs that look for alternative ways to ensure sustainable supply of nutritious foods to school children and young people in urban and marginalized areas.
In addition, contaminated water and poor sanitation are big factors that result in the death of children worldwide. In our programs, we always include what is called WASH which means Water, Sanitation & Hygiene. This is done through the design and construction of child-friendly and gender sensitive facilities for sanitation, such as latrines and hand-washing stations. We also provide clean water supply by building water wells and raise awareness about the importance of sanitation and hygiene.
My Story
This is my story of my dad. He is only 48 years old and he has been diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, ischemic heart disease and final end stage kidney failure which he undergoes dialysis in AMINA HOSPITAL in Ajman. Due to his illness, his eyes are loosing vision, he needs and open heart surgery which we cannot afford, and followed by medications and injections and regular blood test. My mom lost her job and is trying her level best to make it but we its very difficult with the current covid situation. My biggest wish is to see my father live as long as he can as I am only 15 years old. My biggest wish now that I have created this campaign to raise as much money to ensure my dad is able to get the necessary dialysis treatment, blood test and injections and medications. I am sincerely asking everyone to please donate and even the smallest amount if a big THANK YOU from me to you.
