About the Cause
Poor health and nutrition negatively affect children’s school attendance and ability to learn. We implement school feeding programs that look for alternative ways to ensure sustainable supply of nutritious foods to school children and young people in urban and marginalized areas.
In addition, contaminated water and poor sanitation are big factors that result in the death of children worldwide. In our programs, we always include what is called WASH which means Water, Sanitation & Hygiene. This is done through the design and construction of child-friendly and gender sensitive facilities for sanitation, such as latrines and hand-washing stations. We also provide clean water supply by building water wells and raise awareness about the importance of sanitation and hygiene.
My Story
Short Leg Syndrome is a condition that affects Ibrar's mobility and daily life. Despite the hurdles, he has never let it dampen his spirits. Now, we are seeking support to provide him with the medical treatments and assistive devices needed to improve his quality of life. I've had the privilege of knowing Ibrar for few months, and I have witnessed his determination firsthand. Our fundraising goal is to raise 100,000 AED. These funds will be used to cover medical expenses, therapies, and acquiring necessary assistive devices that will significantly improve Ibrar's mobility and overall well-being. Any contribution, no matter how small, will have a meaningful impact on Ibrar Aslam's life. Together, we can help him face the challenges of Short Leg Syndrome with renewed hope and determination.
