About the Cause
Dubai Cares’ Walk for Education is a symbolic three kilometer walk that aims to highlight one of the challenges children face in acquiring quality education in developing countries where they have to walk an average of three kilometers every day in order to go to school. We have so far organized 10 editions of the “Walk for Education”
My Story
My name is Zahira from Sri Lanka, and I am reaching out with a humble request for assistance. In the face of the soaring costs of housing in our region, where the starting price for a basic home is around 50 lakhs, I find myself unable to provide a stable and adequate shelter for my two children. As a parent, it is heart-wrenching to be in a position where providing a safe living environment for my family is beyond my financial reach. Any support or resources that can be extended to us would be deeply appreciated. Your help can make a significant difference in our lives, offering us hope and a foundation to build a better future.
