My Story

My name is Bara’a, from Akkar, and I have opened my home to five displaced families who had nowhere else to go. In my village, Mhammara, a school has been made available to house more families, but it lacks the basic necessities to provide them with proper shelter. The school, while a refuge, still needs items like mattresses and bed sheets to offer a more comfortable and dignified environment for these families. Despite the efforts of the community, many displaced people are living in difficult conditions, and the resources needed to support them are limited. My goal is to raise awareness and gather support to provide these essential items, making their temporary stay safer and more bearable. By offering help, we can collectively make a difference in the lives of families who have already endured so much hardship.
