About the Cause
Poor health and nutrition negatively affect children’s school attendance and ability to learn. We implement school feeding programs that look for alternative ways to ensure sustainable supply of nutritious foods to school children and young people in urban and marginalized areas.
In addition, contaminated water and poor sanitation are big factors that result in the death of children worldwide. In our programs, we always include what is called WASH which means Water, Sanitation & Hygiene. This is done through the design and construction of child-friendly and gender sensitive facilities for sanitation, such as latrines and hand-washing stations. We also provide clean water supply by building water wells and raise awareness about the importance of sanitation and hygiene.
My Story
I am a husband who is trying to cure my wife who is currently suffering from Hematemesis (vomiting of blood), where her stomach and intestines are injured. Every time my wife consumes food, she will vomit again, which will be mixed with blood, and her stools will be bloody. Initially my wife suffered from ulcers, now she suffers from GERD, now her stomach and intestines are injured. Yesterday I took my wife to the doctor and gave her medicine. The doctor said that if it doesn't get better, it is recommended to have an ultrasound of the stomach and intestines to an internal medicine doctor to make it clearer, and get immediate treatment, and be required to be treated. We are currently struggling, since Covid until now our income has not improved, plus we have to provide the necessary happiness to our 3 extraordinary young children. Our children are 9 years old, 6 years old, and the youngest is 4 years old. Our living costs are heavy, but nevertheless we are still grateful that our children are all happy and healthy. The children and I want Mommy to recover, be healthy and cheerful again. Now I can't be far from my wife, I'm the one who takes care of everything, takes care of my wife and the children's needs so that they don't lose their moments with their parents, fills the void of a sick mommy who can't be around much during the golden years of our children's growth. Extraordinary. Every day I always massage my wife, her body, hands and feet.
