About the Cause
Dubai Cares’ programs are designed to reduce, if not remove, the greatest obstacles that prevent children and young people in developing countries from attaining quality education. With each intervention, Dubai Cares evaluates the need for assistance across two key areas:
Access to Education which allows Dubai Cares to improve children’s health and learning environment, increase education enrollment and attainment, increase access to education, reduce absenteeism, increase gender parity and increase promotion rates.
Quality of Education which enables early learning, enhances educational attainment and school progression, improves literacy and numeracy skills among children, enables teachers to access teacher training resulting in better learning outcomes, reduce dropout rates and increase primary school attainment.
Dubai Cares is a long-term advocate of safeguarding children and young people’s right to education and is currently playing a global advocacy role in spreading the knowledge about the importance of providing education to the unprivileged children.
We also champion education through research - There is an overwhelming lack of evidence as to what works to promote children’s learning in crisis-affected contexts. Research plays a pivotal role in tackling this issue.
My Story
أتحدث إليكم من مساحتي الصغيرة ، أنا حسن سمير حسن الأستاذ ، أنشأت مشروعي الخاص في العام 2019، كان حُلم ونتاج 9 سنوات من الخبرة في مجال العمل المؤسسي إلى أن أصبح صرحاً متخصصاً قبل أن تأتى الحرب لتدمّر كل شي. أخضعت مشروعي لجميع المعاملات القانونية والأهداف المرجوة إلى أن أصبح صرحاّ تعليمياً ريادياً متخصصاً في التدريبات عالية المستوى المعتمدة من وزارة التربية والتعليم باسم المركز الريادي للتدريب والتطوير والمؤهِّلة إلى الخوض والبدء في سوق العمل بقوة خبرتها وقوة مانحها. خرَّج المركز الريادي للتدريب والتطوير ما يقارب 5572 خريجاً من الشباب الجامعي المُطور في مجال دراسته أو عمله ليبدأ مشروعه الخاص من خلالها، أو يقوي خبرته في مجاله أو يشق طريقه ليكون ضمن طاقم المركز الريادي متكامل الأضلاع المُكون من 32 كفاءة من مهندسين، أساتذة، وإداريين وعمال، كان دورهم بارزاً في بناء قُدرات متعلّمة ذات خبرة بناءة في المجتمع وفي مجالات أعمالهم ونتاجهم. كانت الأمور جميعها على ما يرام الكُل يُبدع في وظيفته وعمله، يُخطط، يرسم الطموح، يبني الأحلام والمستقبل، إلى أن بدأت الحرب واشتدت! قضاء الله وقدره نافذ. الحرب أحرقت كلَّ شيء، أضحت البيوت والأعمال والطموح رماد، بات بيتي وبات المبني الواقع فيه عملي ومقر المركز الريادي ركام. سيبقى العطاء مستمراً ما دام النبض والعزيمة دائمة بدعمكم، سأبدأ البناء من جديد رغم الوجع وقساوة الأيام والمشهد، وليظلّ الريادي صرحاً بناءً يواصل مهمته التي بدأ وانطلق يُحقق فيه أهدافاً كُثر وسيواصل. يمكنكم التعرف على مركزنا من خلال شبكاتنا الإجتماعية :: www.facebook.com/eprimeline www.instagram.com/eprimeline
