About the Cause
Gender equality is a cross-cutting theme in all Dubai Cares’ education programs with an approach that aims to secure equal access for boys and girls to safe learning environments with adequate facilities, materials and academic support from gender sensitized teachers and communities.
My Story
The program aims at raising awareness about the need for girl child education, provide scholastic materials, and also create platforms that will advocate for social behavior change hence promoting girl child education in pastoral communities of uganda.it is also aimed at promoting menstrual hygiene by providing free pads hence preventing the possibility of infections and school drop outs.
