My Story

In 2009, I cycled from London to Paris. The following year, I rode solo and unsupported from Land’s End to John o’Groats — a 1,000-mile journey — and later, from Pisa to Rome, all to raise funds for Palestinian charities. Back then, I was single and driven purely by purpose. Today, I’m married with two young children — and that perspective changes everything. It’s no longer just about endurance; it’s about empathy. I want to help other families who are struggling simply to keep theirs safe. I’ve always believed that when I have the privilege of security, I have the responsibility to help those without it. This December, I’ll be running 59 km across the Al Hajar Mountains in Oman to support Dubai Cares’ Emergency Response in Gaza — providing food, hot meals, and shelter for families in desperate need. Every step is an act of solidarity, and I hope you’ll join me in making a difference.
