My Story

I came up with this campaign to further the knowledge of the great game of football and help better the state of the sport and lives of the young aspiring football generation in Kenya. After being fortunate enough to play competitively in Spain and South Africa, I was able to actively take part in coaching programmes concurrently and integration projects(academies) in Kenya during winter breaks of 2020 and 2021. Unfortunately in late 2020, all foreign based players were released after COVID-19 caused economic recession for the clubs back in Spain. Facing being a free agent or retrenched to another club, I went full-time with individual training and coaching with badges acquired. A few months later, I was referred to a club in South Africa that didn't offer much financially but did so in terms of a challenge and different avenue of coaching discipline. I was able to become a certified football chaplain and the most promising player in season 2021. Interest from a party abroad inquired for a football trial camp in the UAE (where I currently am) came . Being one of only three foreign nationals in the camp, I and four players recently received announcement of being part of the football club scholarship shortlist for a Polish football club integration this November.The club is set to have us pursue higher education whilst playing professional football in 2nd/3rd tier in Poland, a budding country with beneficial football infrastructure.
