Dubai Cares is a UAEābased global philanthropic organization working to provide children and youth in developing countries with access to quality education.
Feed A Child, Build A Kitchen is Dubai Cares’ Ramadan fundraising campaign that supports school meals through community kitchens, helping children learn, creating dignified livelihoods, and strengthening local food systems in a sustainable way.
Kicking off in Kenya’s Embu County, where classroom hunger remains a major barrier to education, each community kitchen will provide 76,000 nutritious meals annually to 400 early learners across 21 rural schools, helping children arrive at school ready to learn. Beyond nutrition, each kitchen will create approximately 164 local jobs, mostly for women, support local farmers through local sourcing, reduce environmental impact through clean energy solutions, and offer a scalable model for strengthening education systems and communities across SubāSaharan Africa.
My Story
Support Recovery & Essential Needs for People and Animalsā¤ļø We are raising funds to help individuals, families, and animals who are facing difficult times and urgently need support. Many are struggling with basic expenses such as food, medical care, shelter, and recovery after unexpected hardships. This fundraiser aims to provide: āEmergency financial assistance for people in crisis! āMedical treatment and recovery support āFood, shelter, for people in crisis! āAid for rebuilding stability and hope! Every donation, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference. Your support can help someone get back on their feet and give animals the care and safety they deserve. Together, we can bring relief, compassion, and a second chance to those who need it most. I do this because there are so many people and families who truly need our help. Some donāt have enough food, some are sick, and some have lost someone they love. At the same time, I want to bring a little light into their livesānot just through help, but through connection,even a few loving moments with a good companion, like a dog, can bring comfort to someone who feels alone and has no one to care for them.
